DeskMail will help users to communicate with their DeskAway projects via email. DeskMail allows the users to add tasks and reply to the task comments via email. When people reply to those tasks, new comments are added to the task and the entire communication thread can be tracked within the projects.

Smartphone (Blackberry, iPhone etc.) users can easily email out tasks to their team members and get the new comments and files added to the task on DeskAway preventing any breakups in the communication while they are out of office.

This feature is available only for premium plans starting from the Professional Plan ($25/month) and higher.

Integration with Issues and Messages will be new features that will be added in the coming months.
