Customers only need to open atom application on their mobile phone using GPRS. The instructional menu appears on the screen allowing customers to search, book and pay for their flight tickets. The entire transaction is completed on the mobile phone and an instant receipt is displayed for successful transaction. PNR/E-ticket is also sent through sms & email to the users.

All a customer requires is a Java MIDP 2.0 enabled phone to install the atom application to avail the services offered by the mobile application platform.
